Job Context

Smoothly completion of General Administrative activities

Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintain statutory affairs like Factory license, Fire license, Environment license, Trade license, Pouroshova, Union Parashod, Police, RAB, Industrial police, etc.
• Ensure overall security system of the Factory, find out the loopholes and mitigate the same immediately.
• Ensure transportation management (Scheduling, tracking, maintenance & documentation).
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the plant floors, factory outside and washrooms.
• Be the responsible for the overall operations of Factory Canteen.
• Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc. and initiate legal procedure; if necessary.
• Checking/verifying and recommend the bill submitted by different department for purchase and other purpose of Admin.
• Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
• Liaison with different government offices for various licensing.
• Arrange various employee engagement programs at factory
• Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation from any discipline;
• MBA degree will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Administration
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Well conversant with existing laws
• Strong leadership quality is mandatory
• Good command in MS Office
• Selected Candidate will have to live in the company’s dormitory inside the factory premises
